Mandate is the highest level unit in our hierarchy. Mandate should be created to indicate that client agreed to spend certain amount of money during longer period for advertising on their behalf.
For example, the client could be Fame the Musical and they might have given GBP 13,000 for 6 months to advertise via IAM.
So, if you want to add such mandate, you would have to perform the following steps:
Choose “New Mandate” on the homepage
You will be taken to a mandate form page. First, you need to choose the client who has given you the mandate - if they’re new, you need to drop us an email first at digital.team@themediatrader.com to setup a new account for them - and we will also add them to this list.
After that we need to know who is the main point of contact responsible for this mandate.
Email address to which the copy of the mandate will be sent in the future (this feature is not available yet)
Budget given by the client (in GBP), this field can be updated later.
Here you can specify for how long the mandate is valid for.
After you fill in all the above, click “submit” button and wait for the response. If you see a card like this, it means that the information was passed to our system successfully. In any other case, feel free to contact us (screenshot of an error will be always helpful).
