For the last couple of months we have been all experiencing some invoicing perturbations. With our previous setup we controlled spending only on a very low level, and we didn’t have understanding of client spending needs.

We observed, that there is a huge need for a new system that will cover not only individual orders, but also e.g. the client overall budget and separation it into venues.

Therefore, we propose a new hierarchy:

The Mandate consists of one or more campaigns (e.g. because there are multiple venues and each one of them needs a separate campaign), and a Campaign consists of one or more Orders. (for the same venue and show we will run ads on Facebook and Google Ads).

As the smallest unit in the hierarchy, orders are the most specific. This is the place where you will specify the platform, upload creatives or choose if it’s going to be Facebook Ad or Post Boost.

We have built our custom forms for uploading a new mandate/campaign/order that you can find on our website under CRM 3.0 tab.
